The North Jersey Field Hockey Association has been in existence since 1927. Our goal is to provide a forum for adult women to play competitive field hockey in a friendly and fun environment.
The league currently runs three seasons. All games are held on Sunday mornings or early afternoon. Insurance, uniform, and umpires are provided by the NJFHA. Players must provide appropriate shoes for turf, sticks and mouth guards. Shin guards are recommended. You must be 18 or older to participate in the league.
